Biron Counters 2026: Best Counter Picks & Builds

Florentino

The empowered version of Storm Assault is Biron’s dueling trump card: knock up, stun, then pile on basic attacks. Florentino has two layers of CC immunity to nullify it. The Sword Step in his passive Shuffle lets Florentino make a short dash and become immune to all CC right after each strike, and when he casts Gentlemen's Duel to Duel Biron, for 5 seconds he is both immune to CC and reduces his opponent’s armor. Each hit in the three-hit chain of Triple Threat deals bonus true damage based on max HP, so the more HP Biron builds, the more it hurts. Use Blossom to stun him before his empowered attack goes off, then pick up the flower to refresh Triple Threat.

Zanis

The knock-up and stun from an empowered Storm Assault are Biron’s only way to lock down an opponent, but the passive Dragoon lets all of Zanis ‘s skills cleanse CC (except suppression), so Zanis breaks free immediately and keeps fighting. Tail Sweep boosts attack speed and lifesteal, helping him match the healing Biron gets from Electric Mace Strike and his empowered attacks. Once in range, Zanis targets Biron with Dragon Wraith : it already deals true damage with a stun and slow, and while empowered the bonus damage also ignores armor, so stacking armor doesn’t help Biron much. Keep one skill ready to cleanse the moment you’re knocked up.

Aleister

Biron has no CC immunity or cleanse, so Aleister ‘s Magic Prison catches him cleanly: trapped in the magic prison, Biron takes magic damage every tick for 2.5 seconds and can’t dive the carries. He only has one dash to close the gap, so a Magic Barrier stun right after he uses Storm Assault is enough to cut the whole combo. Every third mark from the passive Wicked Plot bursts for true damage, letting Aleister keep dealing good damage even when Biron has the shield from Magnetic Gravity . The prison requires channeling, so stay behind your teammates when you cast it.

Baldum

Biron deals purely physical damage, and anyone hit by Wild Stomp deals less physical damage to Baldum , plus he gains 2 stacks of damage reduction when casting it, so Baldum can tank hits very well. Wild Charge knocks Biron back, dealing an extra 8% max HP and slowing for 1 second, pushing him off the carries right after he charges in with Storm Assault . When Biron activates Magnetic Gravity to steal movement speed, Wild Prison imprisons him for 3 seconds, unable to act; once it ends he’s also slowed for 1.5 seconds, giving your team enough time to regroup.

Hayate

Biron only has one dash from Storm Assault , while Hayate has Shadow Step to dash over terrain and gains movement speed whenever an enemy hero is within 5m, so keeping distance is easy. When casting Shuriken Toss , Hayate also gains movement speed, throwing shurikens while backing out of the slow zone of Magnetic Gravity . Hit the same target 6 times and Hayate triggers his passive Blood of the Dragon : for the next 4 seconds, every hit deals bonus true damage, shredding an armored fighter very quickly. Save Shadow Step to dodge the empowered knock-up attack; don’t use it to dash in first.
