Heino
Heino Item Build
Notes on Heino's Item Build
- If your mechanical skill is good or the enemy team doesn’t have many assassins, go full damage to optimize damage for securing kills and farming better.
- When the enemy team attacks too aggressively or you’re being ganked repeatedly, go hybrid to survive until the late game, which is when
Heino
is at his strongest.

How to Use Heino's Skills Effectively
- Use ranged stance to mark targets before using Skill 1
Silver-Blue Holy Lance / Cycle of Reincarnation Strike
. - When you need to burst or clear minions fast, close in, since melee attacks deal more damage and hit in an area around you.
- Best used on targets already marked by passive
Destined Insight
to reduce its cooldown. - Move near marked targets then cast Skill 1 to throw an extra spear that hits all of them.
- Use ranged Skill 1 to poke and check bushes very effectively.
- In melee stance, Skill 1 can slow the enemy and heal you if it hits a marked target.
- Use this skill to switch stances: dashing toward the enemy switches to melee, and dashing away from the target switches back to ranged.
- Dash to switch to ranged stance if you want more movement speed, or dash close to a target for bonus magic resistance and healing.
- When you dash in ranged stance, you leave behind a mark that lets you use Skill 3
Destined Spacetime
to pull yourself back, so keep track of this important spot.
- Stand near a turret that was destroyed less than 8 seconds ago and use your ultimate to rewind time and bring it back.
- While channeling,
Heino
gains crowd-control immunity and reduced damage taken, but isn’t invincible, so make sure you have enough health to survive 1.5 seconds of hits. - If
Dolia
refreshes your ultimate and you’re both level 15, Skill 3
Destined Spacetime
will freeze every target within the magic circle — absolutely broken.
How to Combo Heino
- Poke the enemy from range with Skill 1
Silver-Blue Holy Lance / Cycle of Reincarnation Strike
for damage and to mark the target with passive
Destined Insight
. - Once it’s off cooldown, use Skill 2
Destined Shift
to dash in and use melee Skill 1
Silver-Blue Holy Lance / Cycle of Reincarnation Strike
. - Once you’ve secured the kill or sense danger, pull back with your ultimate
Destined Spacetime
.

How to Play Heino in the Early Game
At the start of the match, focus on using Skill 1
Silver-Blue Holy Lance / Cycle of Reincarnation Strike
to continuously poke the enemy from range and control your opponent. Skillfully weave skills with basic attacks to stack “Marks,” boosting your damage and healing.
In this phase,
Heino
‘s poke is genuinely strong, so take advantage of it to dominate your lane, gain vision, and move to help your allies. However, remember that Heino is fairly squishy and easy to kill before reaching level 4, so watch the map carefully and move cautiously to avoid getting picked off alone.
How to Play Heino in the Mid Game
Entering the mid game, once Heino has a few damage items, this hero’s power becomes truly frightening. Take advantage of this to speed up your minion clear, break turrets, and help your team gain an edge. With short cooldowns, you can continuously use your skills to chip health and apply constant pressure on your opponent.
How to Play Heino in the Late Game
By the late game, Heino’s damage may not be as strong anymore if the enemy has fully built magic resistance. However, at this point, his most important role is coordinating and creating impact in full team fights.
Start by continuously throwing spears from range to disrupt the enemy formation; when you sense danger or spot a good opportunity, use Skill 3
Destined Spacetime
to deal wide-area damage or neutralize the enemy’s important skills while pulling back to your previously placed “Mark.”
