Skills and melee basic attacks that hit enemies stack a mark on the target for 7 seconds.
Ranged: Heino condenses fateful divine power to attack enemies from afar, dealing physical and magic damage.
Melee: Heino throws his staff-blade in a continuous spin, dealing physical and magic damage.
