Passive: Landing a skill stacks Tulen’s Thunderbolt mark. At 5 stacks, Tulen creates 5 bolts of lightning around himself, striking nearby enemies (prioritizing heroes), each dealing magic damage. If a target is struck by multiple bolts within 1 second, the lightning damage is reduced (lightning does not strike jungle monsters that are not in combat).
