Passive: When Tachi engages an enemy (hero or large monster) and deals damage, he also releases dragon energy onto the closest nearby target, dealing physical damage. At the same time, Tachi restores lost HP and gains a speed boost. When all 4 marks have received energy, the seal unlocks, granting Tachi bonus attack speed and a shield equal to his max HP. While the seal is unlocked, all of Tachi’s damage becomes true damage.
