Active: Elsu installs a Hawk Station at his location, granting vision within 600-1000 range (scaling with level). It lasts 300 seconds; he can store up to 2, and place up to 3 on the map. While standing in a Hawk Station’s range, Elsu deals bonus damage per shot on jungle monsters (up to 250), though this is disabled if an enemy hero steps into it.

Passive: Standing still each second grants Elsu bonus armor penetration (scaling with level), stacking up to 5 times. Moving stops this passive from refreshing.
