Rourke’s crossbow fires special arrows that reduce a victimized enemy hero’s armor for 6 seconds, stacking up to 12 times; deals physical damage equal to his physical attack (structures don’t take bonus damage from these arrows). Only the middle two of the four arrows can critically strike or trigger on-hit effects.
