Tachi quickly leaps above the target’s position and unleashes 3 cross slashes, gaining crowd-control immunity (including suppression) and 20% damage reduction while casting. Each blade of energy deals physical damage and slows the target. The 3rd slash deals physical damage to all targets in range.
Upon landing, Tachi’s seal is immediately unlocked. If cast while the seal is already unlocked, Tachi gains his passive shield again (stacking with the shield from the first unlock).
