Rourke removes all current crowd-control effects and creates a shield that blocks damage. As long as the shield lasts, Rourke gains crowd-control immunity, and any attack or skill converts a portion of the damage dealt into the shield’s value (20% effectiveness against minions and monsters); up to 150% of the shield’s original value. Notably, at the moment of casting, Rourke also gains bonus physical attack and armor; the effect lasts 6 seconds.
