Decimate – Arena of Valor Skill Guide

Quillen dashes forward, immediately attacking the enemy upon arrival, dealing physical damage and marking them for 10 seconds (only one enemy can be marked at a time). Each time Quillen attacks a marked victim, they are slowed for 1 second and this skill’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second. A marked enemy deals reduced damage to Quillen.
