Each basic attack that hits increases Sinestrea’s range and attack speed; after 4 consecutive hits, she switches to ranged mode. Each time she switches modes, Skills 1 and 2 are refreshed.

Upon entering the match, the Transform Back button is replaced by Blood Sacrifice

Blood Sacrifice: Sinestrea sacrifices 50% of her current HP to deal damage to enemies in range and stun them for 0.5 seconds while becoming untargetable. Additionally, each enemy hero hit restores 10% of her max HP (Cooldown: 150 seconds)
