• If you’re new to Sinestrea, go with the basic build.
• The burst build is suitable when you have high mechanical skill and want to quickly take down the enemy’s core damage dealer.

Passive Blood Flower :

• Basic attack 4 times to stack the white passive bar to 4, switching to ranged form and empowering Skill 1 and Skill 2.
• This empowerment on both skills is extremely important to Sinestrea’s combo.
• In a fight, your recall button becomes a Blood Ritual button — if you want to actually recall, leave the fight for about 6 seconds.

Skill 1 Blood Rush / Blood Arrow :

• Use its terrain-crossing dash to chase the enemy or escape dangerous situations.
• Standing still for 2.5s goes stealth, letting you lie in wait to pick off a target.
• Note: while stealthed you can still take damage or get crowd-controlled.
• If you have 4 stacks of passive Blood Flower and stick close with Skill 1, it will knock the enemy hero back.
• Especially watch for a chance to push the enemy into terrain, which roots the target.

Skill 2 Blood Strike / Blood Storm :

• In melee form, this skill simply deals damage and stuns the target for 0.5s.
• If you have 4 passive Blood Flower stacks and cast Skill 2, it deals double damage to all targets in front, especially effective when the enemy is clustered together.

Skill 3 Blood Shadow :

• Activate this skill to instantly switch to ranged form and empower Skill 1 and Skill 2.
• Activating your ultimate instantly refreshes Skill 1 and Skill 2, so use it to combo twice.
• Best used in a fight or when you want to quickly finish off a target.

In the early game, start your jungle route with the red buff first, since Sinestrea uses no energy. The red buff grants a slow and bonus damage, which combined with her long reach in ranged form makes your early ganks extremely threatening.

Once you reach level 4, quickly rotate to gank to start snowballing; prioritize hunting squishy heroes and pick a moment when the target is near a wall to combo the root effect with empowered Skill 1 Blood Rush / Blood Arrow for a higher success rate.

By the mid game, Sinestrea becomes very strong with her stealth, mobility, and fast burst.

Keep rotating to gank, push turrets, and secure major objectives like Dragon and Caesar to apply pressure on the enemy team.

You can take advantage of Skill 1’s Blood Rush / Blood Arrow stealth to hide in important spots like the enemy’s blue or red buff or river bushes, waiting for a chance to pick off stragglers.

Also, using Skill 3 Blood Shadow sensibly to reset your kit for a max-damage combo is an important point to remember.

By the late game, Sinestrea has extremely high damage but is also very easy to delete due to her paper-thin health, so play a bit more carefully.

Move with your team to be ready for a full team fight that can break out at any moment; a good strategy is to go stealth and hide somewhere you can easily reach the enemy AD or mid laner before the fight breaks out.
