In the lore, Billow was once a warrior protecting the coastline, using whirlpools and deep-sea pressure to suppress invaders. On the battlefield, Billow excels at diving in, marking targets, and unleashing explosive damage to finish off squishy heroes. With an early lead, he easily snowballs, pressuring the backline and forcing opponents to stay alert in every fight.

By the late game, this hero’s impact drops off slightly, since Billow ‘s low durability makes it hard to shine in large full team fights.
