Tel'Annas
Introduction to Tel'Annas
▼Tel'Annas is a Dragon Lane Marksman in Arena of Valor and one of the easiest Marksmen to play thanks to her simple, clear-cut kit. Her passive, The Morning Star, gives Tel'Annas bonus physical attack when allies are nearby, encouraging her to stick with the team instead of wandering off alone.
Eagle Eye greatly increases her attack range and attack speed while empowering her basic attacks with the power of darkness, letting her chip away at enemies from a safe distance. Penetrating Shot fires three arrows at once to slow enemies, and each arrow that hits a hero grants her extra movement speed. Her ultimate, Arrow of Chaos, takes a brief moment to channel before firing an arrow that deals physical damage and stuns enemy heroes.
The lowest difficulty plus high damage make Tel'Annas a great choice for beginners, but low health and little crowd control mean she still needs teammates to protect her. This guide helps you get to grips with the item build, Arcana, Enchantments, summoner spells, combos, skill usage and phase-by-phase gameplay for Tel'Annas.

How to Play Tel'Annas in the Early Game
In the early game, spam Skill 1
Eagle Eye
to keep attacking the enemy from range and gain a health advantage.
When Skill 1
Eagle Eye
is on cooldown, play passively and stay in a safe position until it’s back up.
Prioritize clearing minions and make sure you don’t get killed too many times, as falling behind will make the following stages of the game extremely hard.
How to Play Tel'Annas in the Mid Game
Playing
Tel'Annas
differs from the early game in that you need to move to other lanes to look for extra resources like kills or major objectives to power up faster.
But since this hero’s mobility is very low, you need to move with a support and watch the map along with checking bushes constantly to avoid being caught alone.
When encountering an enemy hero, use Skill 2
Penetrating Shot
to slow them first, then attack while moving to maintain a safe distance.
How to Play Tel'Annas in the Late Game
By the late game, it’s almost mandatory to stick with your team to join fights and also avoid dying alone, which could easily lose the whole match.
In fights, stay deep in the backline, then use Skill 1
Eagle Eye
to extend your range and keep firing basic attacks into the enemy team.
Using Skill 2
Penetrating Shot
for a wide-area slow and Skill 3
Arrow of Chaos
to stun the enemy carry or interrupt their channeled skills is a good tactic to help win the fight.
Also take advantage of Skill 1
Eagle Eye
‘s extended range to push towers without needing minions, which also brings a huge advantage for the whole match.
