Each time Heino hits a marked target, this skill’s cooldown is reduced by 0.2 seconds, up to a maximum reduction of 1 second.
Ranged:
Heino transforms his fateful staff into the Silver-Blue Holy Lance and throws it at the enemy, dealing magic damage.
If there’s a marked target in front, Heino throws an additional secondary lance dealing 75% of the primary lance’s damage.
If the lance hits the same target multiple times, subsequent hits only deal 50% damage.
Melee:
Heino transforms his fateful staff into twin radiant blades and throws them in a spinning trajectory, dealing magic damage while slowing the target for 2 seconds.
Each hit on a marked target restores a certain amount of HP to Heino.
Healing is capped at 3 times per cast.
