Basic Kahlii combo:

1. Continuously use Skill 1 Eternal Blame combined with basic attacks to poke the enemy.
2. Once you calculate you have enough damage to secure the kill, use Skill 1 Eternal Blame to slow the enemy.
3. Immediately use Skill 3 Grievance to burst the enemy.
4. Activate Skill 2 Incopereal to speed up and chase them down.

Sometimes you can use Skill 3 Grievance first to gain an early advantage in a fight, and don’t forget to basic attack while trading skills.

Kahlii lacks mobility, but makes up for it with extremely long range and fairly big damage early game.

So the effective playstyle is to hold a distant position and use Skill 1 Eternal Blame combined with continuous basic attacks to clear minions and poke the enemy.

When there’s an opening, call your jungler to secure Dragon and Caesar for an early advantage, making it easier to snowball.

By the mid game, once you have Skill 3 Grievance , Kahlii becomes extremely strong, so play in a lane-dominating style.

Spam your big, long-range skill set continuously to keep applying pressure on one lane, forcing the enemy to group up to defend their turret.

Once you take that turret, move to attack a turret on another lane or secure major objectives.

Keep watching the minimap to spot and join fights from a distance with Skill 3 Grievance .

By the late game, move carefully to avoid dying alone, which would cost your team an important damage source.

It’s best to always stay in the backline of your formation and use Skill 3 Grievance sensibly to punish your opponent.

Depending on the situation, decide how to use your ultimate — if the enemy’s core damage dealer is exposed with no tank in front, fire Skill 3 Grievance right away; otherwise, poke their tanks with Skill 1 Eternal Blame first and wait for an opportunity.

When there’s a chance, immediately organize to secure Tier-3 Dragon and Caesar to increase your chances of winning the match.
