Heroes that counter Kaine include: Fennik, Lindis, Stuart, Arum, Krizzix, Omen, Max, Elsu, Ilumia. These are heroes with the ability to detect stealthed targets, true-damage immunity, or hard crowd control, easily suppressing and effectively eliminating Kaine in both 1v1 duels and team fights.

Fennik

Fennik’s passive can force Kaine to reveal himself while stealthed, or if closed in on, use Skill 2 “Electric Zap” to easily create distance and deal continuous damage back to take him down.

Lindis
