Passive: Basic attacks that hit grant Omen 1 stack of Killing Intent. At 5 stacks, he enters an empowered state, gaining bonus movement speed and attack speed while his attacks deal bonus true damage and reduce the cooldown of Skills 1 and 2 by 1 second.
The effect lasts 5 seconds. Every 3rd basic attack strikes twice, dealing bonus physical attack. The counter resets when Omen reaches 5 Killing Intent stacks or when the empowered state ends.
