Thorne dashes forward and empowers his basic attacks for 3 seconds into magic rounds. Purple round: hitting the target deals bonus true damage based on their missing HP. Yellow round: hitting the target stuns them. Green round: hitting the target causes an explosion. When cast, every 40 inner energy remaining reduces this skill’s cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
