After casting a skill, Edras’s next basic attack is empowered, gaining bonus range and a piercing effect while dealing 50% bonus damage. Landing a skill or the empowered attack on an enemy reduces all skill cooldowns by 1 second. While in Radiant form, each bonus attack speed grants Edras bonus armor penetration; while in Dark form, each bonus physical attack grants him bonus attack speed.
