Passive:
(1) Every 7.5-6 seconds (decreasing with level), the next basic attack is empowered: swings on her chain like a swing, kicking to deal magic damage and knock back; if it hits, she bounces backward.
(2) Gold bonus & empowered speed boost: When an ally receives Blessing of Fate or an enemy is afflicted with Curse of Fate: +20 gold and 50% cooldown reduction on the next empowered attack.
