Xeniel selects an ally hero to grant a shield. After granting the shield, Xeniel channels and flies into the sky before descending on the target after a short delay. Upon landing, he deals magic damage while restoring a portion of max HP to the chosen ally. If the shield Xeniel granted is broken or expires, the shield itself deals magic damage to enemies in range.
