• If the enemy team is all squishy heroes, build Rankbreaker instead of Spear of Longinus .
• Once you have extra gold late game, rotate Blade of Eternity with Arctic Orb or Death Sickle to survive longer.

1. Use Skill 1 Saw Storm to speed up and close in on the target
2. Then use the empowered basic attack on the enemy hero to close the gap further
3. Use Skill 2 Saw Cut and continuous basic attacks to deal damage
4. Time it for when the opponent bursts you down, then use Skill 3 Demon's Gift to heal yourself and keep attacking

During the combo, you can combine it with Sprint to speed yourself up and stop the opponent from escaping.

Passive Blood Curse :

Try to fight the enemy for a prolonged period, since the longer the fight goes, the stronger Dextra becomes thanks to bonus physical attack.

Skill 1 Saw Storm :

Hold down Skill 1 to charge it up.

Time the charge for when the enemy hero is about to burst you down, to absorb the damage you take.

As the charge is about to finish, move toward a low-health enemy hero so they’re at the very edge of Skill 1’s range, dealing all the absorbed damage back onto them.

Then basic attack once (this basic attack is empowered by Skill 1) to lunge in and finish off that enemy hero.

You can also charge this skill near bushes to reveal enemies hiding inside.

Skill 2 Saw Cut :

Take advantage of this skill’s splash range to clear minions fast while poking the enemy.

The lower your health, the more you heal from using Skill 2, so try to prolong fights against the enemy, similar to how passive Blood Curse works.

Aim it to hit as many enemies as possible for splash damage and more healing for Dextra .

Skill 3 Demon's Gift :

Time it for when the enemy is about to burst you down to use this skill to absorb damage and heal yourself.

You can use this skill to tank turret shots, but note its duration is only 3 seconds, so retreat in time.

It’s best to use Skill 3 when Dextra ‘s health is below 80%.

In the early game, Dextra is fairly weak compared to other top-lane fighters in both durability and damage.

For that reason, it’s best to hold a backward position and farm safely, using Skill 1 Saw Storm to absorb damage when attacked while also revealing any enemy hero hiding in a bush ready to gank you.

By the mid game, Dextra is a bit stronger, but not strong enough to play too aggressively.

Keep holding your lane when possible, and rotate to other lanes to join small skirmishes or attack Dragon and Caesar when there’s a chance.

The most optimal playstyle is to find a way to combo the enemy’s core damage dealer, then use Skill 3 Demon's Gift to safely retreat from the fight.

By the late game, Dextra ‘s impact in fights is fairly limited since the enemy’s core damage dealer usually already has a life-saving item like , making it hard for you to finish them off quickly.

So save Skill 3 Demon's Gift to prolong the fight and trade with the enemy’s core damage dealer if needed.

If possible, push lanes hard to create space to secure major buffs, making it easier to end the match.
